Who this policy covers

This policy covers the account-based Premium service provided by VPN PANEL, its associated Android application, VPN connections and this website. Contact the service operator using the address below. Independently operated services have their own privacy policies.

For privacy questions, access, correction or deletion requests, contact [email protected]. Identify the app and your account username or another non-secret identifier. Do not send your password.

Information used by the app and panel

  • Account information: credentials authenticate access to the service. Account records include access status, expiry and applicable usage and device limits.
  • Device registration: the app sends an installation identifier, device registration information, device model and app version. The panel stores access and device associations, authorization records, blocked status and last activity to validate access and prevent unauthorized reuse.
  • Connection information: the app processes connection status, session duration and upload/download totals. VPN endpoints necessarily process network traffic, destination addresses and applicable DNS requests to carry your connection. Endpoint and infrastructure logging depends on the selected server and its configuration; this policy does not promise an anonymous or “no logs” service.
  • Diagnostics and website activity: local connection diagnostics can include status and technical failures. Panel activity logs record account names, actions, browser/device information and IP-derived country information. Server logs can record server addresses and operational messages.
  • Local storage and cookies: the app stores configuration, preferences and selected network/server on your device. Saved credentials use Android Keystore-backed protected storage. Website session cookies maintain authenticated access; the panel session is configured to expire after one hour.

How information is used and accessed

Information is used to authenticate accounts, deliver configuration, enforce account and device limits, operate VPN connections, record administrative actions, prevent unauthorized access and troubleshoot failures. Authorized panel administrators can access relevant account, device, usage and administrative records.

The panel, selected VPN endpoint and infrastructure providers process information needed to deliver their services. Information submitted when requesting support is used to handle that request. The destination services you contact through the VPN continue to apply their own privacy policies. Contact this panel's operator for details about its hosting, backup providers and selected endpoints.

VPN permission and your choices

Android asks for permission before this app establishes a VPN connection. VPN permission allows the app to route traffic through your selected endpoint. You can disconnect in the app or revoke VPN permission in Android settings. Notification permission supports connection-status notifications; network access and related connection permissions support the VPN's operation.

Reading this policy or using the website does not replace an affirmative consent request where one is required. Any required disclosure about collecting personal or sensitive information through the VPN must also be presented within the app before that collection.

Protecting information

The application uses protected local storage and access controls to reduce unauthorized access. VPN protection depends on the selected protocol, endpoint and configuration. No software or network service can guarantee absolute security, and the VPN does not make information you voluntarily provide to destination services private from those services.

Retention

Local app data remains until it is replaced, cleared or removed with the app. Server-side account, device, usage and administrative records remain until removed through the panel's administrative or applicable account-cleanup processes. Account expiry or an access authorization expiry does not by itself guarantee removal of every related record.

The panel's scheduled log-cleanup process removes activity and deletion-log entries older than two days and server-log entries older than one day. These thresholds apply to those panel tables when the cleanup process runs; they do not describe VPN gateway logs, infrastructure logs, financial records or backups.

Copies in backups and independently managed endpoint or infrastructure logs follow the operator's configured retention and deletion processes. There is no single backup-expiry period enforced by this panel policy. Contact the operator for the retention applicable to your account and selected endpoint, including any records retained for security or legal obligations.

Access, correction and deletion

To request access to, correction of or deletion of your account and associated device data, email [email protected]. Include the application name and your account username. The operator may need to verify that the request concerns your account before making changes.

Clearing app data or uninstalling removes local data but does not automatically delete server-side account records. Resetting service access does not itself delete retained information. When requesting deletion, ask the operator to address associated records and backup copies and explain any information that must be retained.

Policy changes and contact

This policy will be updated when the app or service's information practices change. The date above identifies this version. Privacy requests and questions can be sent to [email protected].
